Caco Mugen Randomness - lol G Akiha Nightmare

Because I felt like it, and also because I need to use characters other than mostly Arcana Heart and Touhou (edit) characters, I decided to do something very random today.

DOBUROKU's G-Akiha Nightmare is something. G-Akiha Nightmare is an improved version of the original in Melty Blood: Re:ACT that appears in Melty Blood: Actress Again. This G-Akiha Nightmare does have problems, like having attacks that do a bit too much damage, and she can even stun you when you block for so long. Also, she abuses the shockwave move that can cover over the entire screen, although not at the same time. Finally, she abuses her Circuit Spark every time she gets hit in her Eclipse Style, so that's why I had to fight her in Crescent Style instead.

So who will take down this titan of a Tohno? The Kid from I Wanna Be the Guy is going to, of course. fhqwhgads7 made this Mugen version. Not content with being The Guy after dethroning (former) The Guy in his castle, he now goes after the owner of the Tohno household, who had just moments ago been increased in size tenfold. He may seem cheap according to this video, but just like in IWBTG, one hit is all it takes to defeat him. He even has his "GAME OVER - PRESS R TO TRY AGAIN" screen whenever he is defeated in the final round, and the taunt button is the equivalent of the 'Q" button in IWBTG.

G Akiha Nightmare weighs at about 50+ MB, and is 200+ MB extracted, because of the large number of high res sprites there are.

Also, make sure to fight her with her style set to Crescent. I don't know if she will be fair on Eclipse style.

You should see how difficult G-Akiha Nightmare is with a normal character without the advantage of Blood Heat or someone that is able to attack really fast.

Also keep in mind, this battle took several tries to do because I always got killed by that shockwave move that is impossible to avoid as The Kid (one hit on him = instant death)

I always thought the best way to handle the kid's gun was to make it generate no hit stun, personally.

It's funny how matches against giants (that aren't Primeus) are usually relatively easy compared to standard fighters; I took out Apocalypse like nothing, but WhiteMagic2002's Chun Li is still a nightmare.

Also I absolutely love the finishing move.

thoughts after fighting her offline, I think I know a way to defeat G Akiha Nightmare with Link, she is really hard to get at close range dued to her shockwave, but something tells me it could lead her to her own downfall...

well, I'm going to showcase her first, then I'll fight her. for the showcase match, I'm going to set her at Hyrule since that stage shrinks all fighters, perfect for giant melee matches. I wonder how she fairs against G-Ultraman and Anslasax...
