finally! i found a good dark crusade commentary :'] there better be heaps of them! haha

@iNacho101 Well, this isn't authentically Dark Crusade. This is a modification for the game that significantly diverges the gameplay from its parent.
Regardless, I hope you enjoy! : D

Sad to see all the comments are a year old, I have only just discovered DoW Pro, obviously a year too late :( I think the space marines should have rushed heavy bolters, love doing that :P

@xMadSkillzx And this is my latest video, too. My other ones are over 2 years old.
DoWpro was at its peak about 3-5 years ago. It's had its ups and downs, but it only retains a very minimal community now. Not that much has changed, except for the hope that once drove much of the community.
Still a remarkable mod though.
Thanks for watching. Your comment is appreciated, as is your contribution - whatever the extent may be - to the community.

@UltraSimon007
Agreed, it is an incredible mod! It is so well done, I feel it is a vast improvement on the real game which is almost never the case with mods. As a lot of the time mods will spoil the game in some way, making it too easy etc.
Is there still a community somewhere? Like a forum or something, no matter how dusty :P I have not really warmed to DoW2 for some reason, but I think a lot of people feel the same way.

@xMadSkillzx Eh. Only a minor portion of the community took to DoW2. Maybe only around 5 professional, known players. I personally hate the game.
Yes, there is a minor community busting around. They orientate themselves on RTSSanctuary and on an mIRC web-based chat client. The mIRC client functions as a chat-room, currently occupied by only DoWpro community members.
Here's the link to a web-based mIRC:
webchat[dot]quakenet[dot]org/ (The [dot]'s being periods). "#dowpro" is the channel.

@xMadSkillzx *** Alternatively, install mIRC and give the process a shot. You want the server to be @Quakenet (or Quake.net) (it exists in the server listings despite what logic may demand), and you want to join the #dowpro channel once you've connected to the server.
I can't find the tutorial on how to install mIRC at the moment. So, either use the Web-client or give the installation a shot.
RTSSanctuary: just google it and navigate through Games to the Dawn of War section.
Best of luck.
