  • @snaps81625 Thank you for the info. I will clarify that right away. I knew there were variations for altitude. It used to be just a pound or two at one time. My canner has directions for 15# vs 10# but it's for time savings, and as it was, the heating and cooling time added up to more than just keeping it at ten. Thanks so much, I'll address it soon.
