Just One More: The Story of Sally Mae & Hot Rod

Cats are amazing! Sally Mae was scared and extremely thin when she was dumped at Faithful Friends. She gave birth soon after she arrived and even though she was exhausted as she loved and fed her 5 newborn kittens, she tried tirelessly to get close to another abandoned kitten, who she heard crying nearby. Hot Rod, Sally Mae's foster kitten, is the orange kitten on left.

This is just the sweetest video -- new mama taking on one more kitten, despite the fact that he's so much bigger than her own. She gave baby Hot Rod warmth, tender care, and a better chance at life. : )

I miss my hot rod so much , I recall the day he was dumped and the condition that he was in , he gas at least 3/4 of flea dirt on him and had to be bathed immidietley 100s were jumping off of him,.. He was such a sweet boy.
