I didn't like playing as Shinobu because:
1) Her voice is annoying
2) Jumping mechanics suck terribly, the game clearly wasn't designed for it and it feels very glitchy
3) Her combos are pretty bad, especially her high-stance one where she ends with a stab. It leaves you open and really vulnerable, with a lot of ending lag
And none of the boss fights with her were amazingly fun, either.

Shinobu is awesome, what's annoying is that jumping sucks as the game isn't really designed for jumping, I don't think they took that into account with the static camera angles.
