http://www.BeSlimForHealth.TSFL.com Hi Guys. My weight loss journey continues with another big loss this week. Lots of changes happening this week and for the next couple of weeks, but still on track and losing faster than expected. Adding bran to my diet may actually be helping, even though it means I am eating more carbs. It is the only significant change that I think I have made and my weight loss has been faster the last two weeks than in most previous weeks. Of course, that could all change next week.
Speaking of next week, I will be out of town on Wednesday and Thursday so cannot weigh-in until Friday and will post at that time. The following week I will have to weigh-in on Wednesday as I am leaving town that day and won't be back until Sunday. I don't like have such a short interval between weigh-ins but it is either that or skip a week - it will depend on my husband's schedule and whether or not he is available to take the video. I'm really excited to be going to a convention to take classes to help me be a better health coach. I sure hope it is as educational as I have been told. I am learning more and more everyday just from the reading I have been doing and the educational materials that the company provides. I had a good background already but i think I am learning to look at things a little differently and to understand what it take to achieve long-term success in relation to weight loss, and to achieve optimal health.
I changed up my exercise program this week too. It has only been a few days but I think it is going to be good. I'll let you know how it goes over the next few weeks.
