Remember those food and exercise logs? Have you started losing track of them? Perhaps you started cheating a little on "umm, I think I ate that yesterday" as you fill it in every third day or so. The purpose of keeping track of what you are eating and how you are moving isn't to shame you into eating right and getting gobs of exercise, it is to show you where you might be able to make improvements, prove to you how much you really are accomplishing, and give you incentive to stick to the plan you have set for yourself during this 90 day challenge. Consistency is key to keep you habits!
