i tried a stealth head but it didnt have very much distortion from the dirty channel.seemed to be working fine otherwise.is the distortion on these a clean type of distortion or a saturated type?.maybe mine wasnt biased correct or something.would like to try another stealth amp.

@dewycatt2112 Well, to me it was always a high gain amp, but it doesn't have as much gain as today's high gain amplifiers. Terrance Hobbs from Suffocation played my amp back in 2005 for one show and said that he could have used a little bit more distortion, but IMO the amp already has plenty of distortion. I always depends on the guitar and cabinet, too. If you want a modern sound then go for an Engl amp.

How do you like that stealth amp? were you useing a pedal?

@dewycatt2112 That has been my favorite amp for years, but I'd also play Engl (Powerball) or the Peavey XXX. The Stealth amp has this awesome Early 90s sound though.I used a Rocktron Intellifex Online in the effect loop, but only for reverb and delay during solos and tapping.

@32622463 That was shot when I moved into a new rehearsal room. At that point I hadn't even moved my PA in yet. That melodic interlude was part of a song that I was working on during that time. It was just a test if my small digicam would be able to record proper videos. ;-)
