My brother has not been charged , the Coronor ruled it an ACCIDENTAL drowning. Not blunt force trauma brain injury . I spoke to them myself and a document is filed with Lancaster County Prothonotary's office, as per Coronor's office. Obviously the State Police don't even believe the "evidence" or lack there of is even enough to keep any kind of investigation going against my brother . Has the D.A ruled any "evidence" circumstantial and they say the proofs in the poison...he has to tesify , 5 ??
