I play bassoon too. If u put ur vocal in ur tenor joint and play just the tenor joint it like a tenoroon but it's not

I move when I'm playing my bassoon too but sometimes I have to move because my instrument gets in the way of my music lol.

it´s not a technique; you just flow with the music... kinda like dancing, losing yourself to melody.....you don´t consciously think about it, you just do it
