Try a diffuser. You usually only need to do it for like 10 - 15 after you have applied the gel to your hair and it causes your curls to dry more elongated like how it looked when you started.

OR....how bout an overnight twist out with only a good leave in conditioner, then style it to your taste in the morning :)

Girl, U need to cut it out! Although I do know exactly how u feel and what u are talking about, let me just say, I thought u were absolutely amazing when u came back all done up, stunningly beautiful, u need to embrace that and rock it! I am quickly becoming inspired 2 go natural (after damaging my hair again with both color and perm) by ladies like u- I thank u your inspiration, u r beautiful! :)
