Cause so far NV doesn't use GPU acceleration. AFAIK disabling hardware acceleration and/or using DWM composition speeds it.

Anyway, jelly windows are being rewritten - and possibly be released either on NV 10.2 release date or 0-2 weeks later.

It's looking good though and promising so far.. So are you the coder for this? It would be interesting to see what it would run like with GPU acceleration.. It would be nice to see like a compiz fusion enviroment develope here. :)

It was tested to work with DWM capable systems, but for now it doesn't apply Aero Glass transparency and blur. However, I encourage to use it anyway - as current 4.0 version is much more smoother, not to mention update to upcoming NV10 version surely will made even bigger difference. :D

Back to Your question though - this won't change as it would require direct communication with DWM: so far time cost of developing & implementing, possibility of this technology makes it impossible. :(

Hi there, how do i get this please? I'm Looking to make my Windows XP have some compiz fusion like effects I already have yod'm 3D.. I Would like I downloaded the 10.1 the .exe file didn't do anything substantial.. Is there a how to? Source Code etc.. ? What is DWN?
