Program used is MRP40 Morse Decoder v. 62. The 7000-7100 range always has active teletext \ carrier signals \ morse code, but I was surprised to find some guy named Dave sending out a hello. For this I used a 38' random length copper wire antenna, elevated at it's center to ~16 feet w/ a Grundig S350DL receiver. Recorded in winter 2009.
