@zjk911 It is exactly that kind of idiocy that has canada where it is to day! I don't like the rules and charter and so I have left, hence my Sovereign status. This is my land not the queens land, if you want to be her subject so stinking bad then you go to England and be one of her subjects, she is not welcome here. Her authority as well as the authority of her lawless defacto cowboys is not recognized here either.
Everyone has the right to know why a cop is asking question.

@Bos2ist , sorry Bo, you are wrong on this one.
He didn't run, all he wanted to know is what they wanted the id for. They shoul have answered and the situation would be neutralized.

There was a time in this country when it was fine to talk to an officer if they approached you. That time has passed. They are now trained to harass and arrest as many people as possible. They get bonus points for more detentions and more arrests. The only safe thing to do now if a cop approaches is to start walking away. If they "ask" you to stay, immediately say, "am I free to go." If they say no, identify yourself if they request it, and then say, "I invoke my right to remain silent."

If you had been black, they would have murdered you.

Sorry about your ordeal. Yahuah will be taking care of these evil doers soon enough.

With all due respect. I know we have cops with mental issues everywhere. Some should not be cops at all!! However, the way acted doesn't excuse you either. If everyone does what you do...then we have the the wild west atmosphere. I prefer to deal with a few nut cases, rather than thousands like you and that cop. Also, you seem so full of yourself that it gets in your way of reasoning.

You do not know where the complaint came from, clearly it was not your neighbours. If the RCMP are responding to a complaint then they are there lawfully and they are not abliged to inform you of that reason. Because it was a B&E you loading the van gives them reasonable grounds to detain you to investigate they want ID to confirm that it is your property and you are who you say you are. You don't have to comply but then you are obstructing. Save it for court next time, you also get disclosure

@themrbradster1 Actually I do know where the complaint came from! There wasn't one. In the real world the "police" are obliged to inform you of their reasons, unless of course you believe that tyranny is a viable source of governance. I don't, we also have challenged the validity and therefore the authority of the federal government of Canada and have as of yet not recieved any proof that the government of CANADA is operating lawfully. How can they hire a private millitary force to police us
