    I have lost 10 in a little less than 2 weeks (like 12 days). I ate mostly just fruits, veggies, water, and juice (for my diet). And ran everyday for at least 4-6 miles (all 40-60 minute runs everyday).

    It's possible to lose 10 lbs. in less than a week.
