Penance: Too Cold To Shiver

I was really, really into The Birthday Massacre when I made this. The song used is "Shiver" by The Birthday Massacre.

I freely admit I reused a lot of footage from "Kosova's Child," lol, but to be fair, I've sped up the pace of it so that it stays interesting longer, in my opinion.

Again, to understand this vid, you have to get that they never said where Penance/Hollow is from, except for the original Yugoslavia that was later retconned. So I went ahead and said she was an Albanian from Kosovo. This vid mainly demonstrates my love for Alexis Dziena to play skinny, torn-up-inside Penance.

Definitely check out more of The Birthday Massacre if you like this music so much. :) My favorite TBM song is Red Stars (think I'll send you a mail with a couple of links). And yeah, all these vids are based on Penance's original, now retconned war-torn Yugoslavian origin, so I'm glad someone remembers that instance of Emma looking into her mind, hehe. As for your conjecture, I like it, definitely could work. I want her to be a validated mutant so badly!

Totally wicked music. And, based on the one instance of Emma's looking into Penance's mind, she saw conflict some sort of war.

As for Penance's origin, while she was carrying both Monet and her twin sisters, who are from Monoco, there may be a chance that Penny was from Yugoslavia originally. I still hypothisize that Pen's mutation also includes the ability to "absorb" people within herself as a means of protection. But, this is only conjecture.
