This was a tribute to Tobruk's lead singer, 'Snake', who died last year.

Is this the same NWOBHM band from the North East of England?
Not sure what the Tobruk Tribute connection is, as I don't recognise this as a Tobruk song. Can anyone shed light? (huge Tobruk fan here). Thanks.
