    Hi

    Try a gentle massage from forehead down to chin, light movements, no heavy pressure. Press in front of ears too. Sometimes exhaustion or even a too heavy back massage shifts pain and tension up to the jaw. Maybe you grind your teeth while working at the computer and do not know it. From Chinatown "essence of tienchi flowers" an instant beverage I use as a tea sweetener loosens the jaw.
