The particle 나 (이 gets attached if the last letter of the word is a consonant) attaches to words and means or.

차나 쥬스를 드실래요? Would you like tea (차) or juice(쥬스)?

Notice the normal particle can attach to the second word.

If there's only one word with (이)나 attached, it generalizes the word, usually part of a suggestion.

차나 드실래요? Would you like tea (OR SOMETHING ELSE TO DRINK)?
