Jesus. He could have just Tazered her ass. Its one thing to neutralize a mouthy kid, but its quite another to charge, punch, punch, throw, smash, throw straddle, punch, punch, and finally lift by the hair and drag away.

Its a friggin' 15 year old girl! Bitches don't shut up PERIOD! We KNOW this. No matter how lippy she was being, a little fucking pepper spray would shut her up for a few hours!

When I was arrested, this cop tazed me for being a tall guy because it scared him, then, after he put me in handcuffs, he then proceeded to beat and kick me for 3 minutes and even said he was going to break my back.

At the police station, he kept shoving his can of pepper spray in my face to intimidate me. He then charged me with felony assault on an officer. I won the trial and am now suing him for 10 million.

The girl was in the wrong for disrespecting the officer, but the officer wasn't innocent, either.

I agree that you should never be a smart ass to a cop but he totally lost control of himself. He was in the wrong, he is the adult and as an officer of the law he should be exhibiting professional behavior while on duty. This wasnt exactly a life or death situation that would warrant this reaction.

If BJ actually READ THE ARTICLES on the cop, it stated the cop has a history:

punching a handcuffed man and getting a misdemeanor assault

driving drunk and on prescription meds

He also lied on his police report and claimed a blood blister on his shin that required medical treatment was caused by the flying shoe, when in fact the video shows it was self-inflicted from his dumb ass banging into the toilet in the middle of his assault.
