In 2005 the SF Giants offered "once in a lifetime" fan experiences to aid in Tsunami Relief and this is the video from one of these experiences. Five once-in-a-lifetime experiences were auctioned:

1. (THIS IS OUR VIDEO) Ten pitches off a Giants Starting Pitcher: The highest bidder will have the opportunity to swing at ten pitches thrown by a member of the 2005 Giants starting rotation. The package includes four Field Club tickets to a home game during the 2005 Giants season.

2. Throw out the first pitch on Opening Day: The highest bidder will have the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch when the Giants take on the Los Angeles Dodgers to open the 2005 baseball season on Tuesday, April 5th at SBC Park. The package also includes four Field Club tickets to the home opener and passes to pre-game festivities.

3. Private meeting with Barry Bonds in the Giants Dugout: The highest bidder and three guests will have the opportunity to meet with the Giants superstar in the Giants Dugout before a game during the 2005 season. In addition to the private meeting with Barry Bonds, the package includes Field Club tickets to the game, the opportunity to watch batting practice from the Giants Dugout and a group photograph with Bonds.

4. Spring Training Trip for Four: The highest bidder will receive an all-expenses paid trip for four to Giants Spring Training in Scottsdale, Arizona. The package includes roundtrip airfare, two nights hotel accommodations, tickets to Giants games at Scottsdale Stadium and a private lunch with Giants General Manager Brian Sabean and Assistant General Manager Ned Colletti.

5. Pre-game breakfast with Felipe Alou: The highest bidder and three guests will join Felipe Alou for breakfast in his clubhouse office prior to a day game at SBC Park. The package includes a field visit and four Field Club tickets to the game.

In addition to the on-line auction, the Giants have also launched an internal giving campaign where it will match dollar-for-dollar any contribution made by a front office employee to the tsunami relief effort.
