Weaknesses: tedious songs and monotonous videos. Dont go back to Bday era.

Opportunities: By incorporating strengths (i.e. father) has resulted in the demise of 2 close competitors = Opened up the market for not one, but 2 CDs.

Threats: None. As long as Daddy Knowles continues to strip competitors albums of upbeat catchy songs, and fails to promote either act effectively world domination is guaranteed.
