http://www.v8tvshow.com - After the body filler work was completed, we sprayed the body of our 1965 Chevelle with a high-build polyester filler from Standox. The sprayable polyester will fill all the minor sanding scratches and any pinholes in the body filler below. The polyester will also allow body technician John to refine the car's final shape, making the panels glass-straight and the body lines crisp.

  • standox good choice great primer/filler easy sander too

  • nice body work thanks

  • I'm surprised you're as heavy as 220 grit on easy sand poly. I'd be using a 320 grit. Your primer filler must be very heavy is all I can think. I'll watch the next video.

  • excellent video....

  • Awesome description!

  • yea that. you can get it at hobby shops in like foot long lengths and the width equals out to about three folds. any ways , that stuff and wet sanding, you can make anything mirror finish. when it gets wet it sucks to the surface. greatest tip i every got while working at Lezo's

  • I think you meant Balsa wood...

  • bolsol wood (i think that is how you spell it) for final block sanding works wonders.

  • Good vid. I hope you show more block sanding of the other primer too.

  • Great vid guys 5/5
