This drill focus on the timing between shots when transitioning from target to target. Attempt to keep speeds where you can maintain around 90% accuracy. If you are getting all hits, take yourself outside of your comfort zone and push the pace. The best way to improve speed it to apply the correct fundamentals at a pace faster than you are comfortable. If your hits are very low, slow it down.
Your eyes must move from target to target first, followed by head and gun. This is critical to snap your eyes early to acquire your next target quickly. If you sweep your eyes with your pistol, it will greatly slow you down and your accuracy will decrease.
Shot from 10 yards on a standard 10" circle poppers spaced 3 yards apart.
I like your video thanks. For once I read comments from a shooter that trains for real life situation - movement etc. Thaks again -

Good shooting! Just one question: what is the purpose of stepping to the left everytime you draw prior to the squeezing of the first shot?

@attyjuan The concept is to ingrain in the shooter the need to initiate movement towards hard cover or possibly present yourself as a moving target whereas a potential lethal threat would have to track you. This latter concept is arguable but in reality in a real conflict you would more than likely be hauling ass. However for the purposes of drills and honing other techniques instead of movement, we limit the movement to a side step on the draw. There are other reasons also.

Very nice shooting. You made that look easy but I know it's not. The 1.81 time was smoking fast . Keep up the good work.

Thanks for watching my friend! I am normally around 2.0 sec in these runs and yes a 1.81 @ 10 yards on 10" is smoking. At least it is for me.
