Steps:
1. Go to start menu and type regedit
2. BACKUP THE REGISTRY
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
4. Delete value for CmdLine
5. Change value to zero for OOBEInProgress, RestartSetup, SetupPhase, and SetupType.
6. Restart computer

  • @buddybuddy0920 It only works within Setup. It takes you into SYSPREP where you can remove it so you never have to do it.
