@animeist72 no when the same thing happens 2 me and i dried your theory but whenever you go on a app the unable 2 load thing happens

DUDE i think i know ur problem.... Go too cydia...Mange..sources...click the little cyida icon...Find Cydia Instullar and Cydia translations...And just Reinstall it! Subscribe if this helped u out!

go to itunes and go to restore and that should unjailbreak(getting rid of cydia) it then re-jailbreak it
another way is using iphone setup explorer go to roots directory click on applications rightclick cydia and practically delete everything on their that should also get rid of cydia(that wont unjailbreak) then go back to loader and re-load cydia

p.s if restoring use to computers so you can save ur music and make sure your ipod is hooked up
