I have pitbulls around my children all the time. The thing is NO BREED of dog should be allowed around children without supervision! A friend of mine had a black lab who ran loose in the neighborhood...a kid teased him all the time and pulled his tail and he finally got tired of it and bit her...now they had to have him put down! He was a good freakin dog!
