  • When will you learn guys, it all in what you eat, exercises just make you look average > trained > ripped

learn that for god sake, he drinks, eats like 150 grams of protein every day and eats like 1000 calories ofc hes gonna lose weight its common sense

  • @Carrymancer My meal plans are on my website fit2fat2fit and I eat 2,000 calories a day approximately. Eating is a huge factor that many people overlook.

  • yeah, what about the cardio? my trainer always tell me to focus on the cardio and less on the lifting

  • @omnipotente666 Cardio is Tuesday & Thursday.

  • Hello from Brazil.. \o/

You do not do cardio exercises?

  • @FallIntoWinterr Yeah I'm really surprised by the exercises he's doing. I thought he'd be doing squats, bench press, deadlifts, OHP... Instead he's doing random weird one legged lifts.

  • I've never seen so many random bullshit exercises in my life. Love what he is doing but fuck he could do some proper exercises though.

Squats, deadlifts, OHP, bench press, weighted dips, weighted chinups, Row. Seriously that is all you need to do, not random one legged stuff wtf?

Stretching he does is fantastic though, more people need to do this.

  • @omnipotente666 IF you want to look buff and shredded the most important thing is diet, lots of protein, followed by heavy resistance training, cardio is good but you don't have to do it, just decrease calories if you don't. You will get very similar results still.

  • Think all trainers should get heavy, then fight to lose it all... so they can truly see how hard it is to lose weight, not maintain it.

  • @ANeonTiger

Man relax, he work bench press later, his body now is weak, he eat to much 6 months and body is lazy now...

  • @fit2fat2fit ofc and good luck with your health, even tho you know what you are doing and you are doing it with a good purpose, I dont want you to get some sickness because you dont deserve it

This is very good what you are doing and I am sure some people will find it usefull

  • @fit2fat2fit Thanks for explaining. I guess you just gotta go with what works best for you.

  • @aneontiger - your a chump. Full stop. Im guessing u have the knowledge right? well i think maybe you should post some videos on the right exercise and dieting and share with the world. judging by your videos you have on your channel so far, its all simpsons and tech...hmm i see where your real passion is ^_^

  • @ANeonTiger I didn't get to my original fit stage by just doing squats, bench press, and deadlifts. These are the exercises that got me results which is why I'm sharing them with everyone. People don't have to follow them by any means but I've found success with these. People find success with many different exercises though, so everyone should customize their workouts to their own bodies.
