Hammer and feather experiment. I just had to repost this classic footage to show some blockheads that we truly did go to the moon. Next they'll say we came up with a sound stage in zero gravity somewhere. Or that the feather must have been made of lead.

@westnblu - There's always somebody who doesn't get the memo. Didn't you know that yes, as a matter of fact the entire world was in on the hoax. All 3.5 billion people on Earth in 1969 were in on it. Bill Kaysing, the father of the "hoax theory" was not only the only person in the world who was not in on it, he was the only one smart enough to out-think hundreds of thousands of engineers and expose this hoax for what it is to future generations of hoax-theory true-believers (all 47 of them).

I've worked in the aerospace industry for ... well, almost as long as you've been alive, and my dad was a flight test engineer going all the way back to the 1940's and worked on Atlas/Centaur program in the 1960's.

I do appreciate that you're trying to support the reality of the Apollo program but you might have looked to see that I was answering some previous idiot who thought it should sound like a jet.

Little known fact and something moon conspirators keep quiet. Much of the apollo mission footage was beamed live via radio telescopes in the sthn hemisphere, Were foreign govts in on this 'hoax' also?

@kevinturvy Oh I do understand physics, the moon gravity IS 1/6 g, this can be roughly calculated by the relative size of the moon to the earth and the effect of the Moons gravity on the earth. and no one has ever been through the VAB as Apollo just skirted the edges. bit like having a padddle in the Pacific ocean but not swimming across it. And I have no fear of being wrong!

The moons gravity is theory it is not proven at 1/6th gravity, escaping the Van allen belts unharmed is theory untill proven.

The fear factor is what is going on here, believers watch more hoax moon landing videos than non-believers, yet attack anyone who disagrees with them.. Fear of being wrong

@kevinturvy It does not prove a fake but proves you dont understand physics, the dust is blown away from the engine at high speed, as there is no air to stop it the dust particles will fly in a parabolic curve until they land back on the ground some distance away. no atmosphere, no billowing no dust particles settling on the pads. simple, the second part of your post about the hammer and feather confirm you have no understanding of the physics involved. here is a clue....VACUUM.
