@varietas6363 ok you can download everything from your phone. and after u download it and install tether from blackberry app world on your phone. then u enter the app on your phone and press the berries key and pick download pc files have to choose Windows or Mac. after downloaded plug up blackberry to laptop install it to computer. good to go

you dont need any tether app for bb unless u want to tether with bluetooth, u can tether without any app by USB using your usb cable and the blackberry desktop manager (click on Mobile Internet on the bottom left) and you're good

I am using nothing but a dial up modem without any phone number or extra software.... I better upload a video to show that. ... do not .. DO NOT PAY MONEY FOR tathering software.. all phones are built in with this feature.. just you need to know your service providers access info... which is very easy one you google it.... " cgdcont + xp (or vista) + modem + 3g + (your phone) " ... good luck

@finehuck there you go. listen to that people. I used the desktop manager and it even works for 2G(not that it matters)
