Yes it is dummy! I have taken before x-rays and then done a series of this type of adjustment and later a follow up and it does realign the spine. It is very effective and I have done this for over 30 years.

For those who care this is not a chiropractic adjustment. It will make noise...but its not an adjustment.

Is this video meant to show someone how to "crack" a back? Why not show them how you access the spine and how you determined which vertebra/s to adjust? :)

That's not an adjustment, that's a non-specific manipulation. Same as what a PT and M.D. would do. That's b.s.
