what power input/output ratio do u have supposing that the lower bit is indeed the rotor with coils (input) and on top is the generator that will create a certain output of power.

it use 12 volt battery lower bit you are correct.top is contactbreker.battery not shown.

yes it uses 12 volts, i forgot to tel it uses 8 magnets and 4 time pulses ?

This is normal electrical motor; complete with commutator. It's consuming energy from a source of electrical power. It's kind of a cute little model/hobby project motor; it only the title of the video that's in error; there's no free energy here.
