This is 83 year old Mary exercising at aspire fitness, Canton, Cardiff. She took to exercising after a string of medical conditions at the age of 78. At that point she was unable to get up out of a chair without using her arms to pull herself up. She walks on a treadmill 3-4 times a week and performs weight training exercises with her trainer 2-3 times a week. It proves that you're never too old to exercise.
