Regret, shame and embarrassment can be felt when we get stuck. How can we come alive from depression without artificially forcing new behaviors over old beliefs?

  • When I learned to meditate after my first day of meditation I cried for two full days, it wasn't sad, neither happy but it felt good, it was I guess some form of letting go, it wasn't sobbing, it was more on and off. If she's feeling that bad it is my desire for her to find relief and like you say if she has to curse good, if she has to cry good.

    Maybe a positive aspects journal can help her to move up even if she only writes a few lines a day.

    Only ideas because she'll find her own way.
