the dips look like they work shoulders also..is this true, and is he doing the fly right or should his arms be straighter? (just see alot of other people do it with straighter arms..)

I am new in the wold of body building. There are so many different types of workouts and suggestions out there. Dont know who to follow. This guy seems reasonable. However, i need to know, if i am doing dumbell presses, do i have to do barbell press or not????....will this be monotonous? or over working my muscles??? any advice anyone?

Switch it up. One day do flat bench dumbell press and incline barbell press. Another day do flat bench barbell press and incline dumbell press. If you switch it up, you wont over-train AND you get the best out of both workouts.

How in the hell does the dude manage to bring his arms that far back, the bench must be pretty slim cus ive been doin dumbell presses for 2 years and i cant force my arms to bend that far back lol must do your shoulders in
