This is a video that my friends and I made of us free running in Swansea, Wales, UK. I hope you like it.

ok i am getting tired of free running, the whole idea is about bettering yourself.
I'm not hating and i think free runners have skill, but have some respect for it's roots. Free running may be a sport now but parkour still remains an art. honestly i think these guys are good and they look like they had a blast, i might go up there myself. I'm not hating, i have respect for both tracurs and freerunners, but have respect. They had the balls to put them selves on youtube, i applaud you guys :D
