Yes you right ! But the mic is also very sensitive . But it dosn't bother you when you start hitting the keys!

@mrthomaskt Hi! I use car paint so i took it to the car's carage paint to get it done like you do when you get your car's a new color.

the old models are as fine as the new ones, they just need adjustment,- and then you hear sound, not keys knocking on wood -- this one looks better than it sounds, but it can be fixed,- look for "miracle mod" on you tube and google!!

I just got a Rhodes mk1. I didn't know about the # on the top that tells you the week and year. That was an interesting fact.
