Awesome band, excellent new album too - get if you ahven't already. Try Garageland or the Exponents as other Kiwi bands. Not as good as Elemeno P though im afraid - can't believe they aren't much bigger :(

are these guys considered the biggest NZ band right now, or ever? when i was there in 2007 Atlas was exploding but i've recently heard that Elemeno P are pretty much "the standard". is this true? and can anyone recommend some other NZ rock bands i can get into? love what i hear so far so i may as well keep going.

LOL I love this song, they actually filmed this in an Icecream freezer, saw the making of the vid on C4 YEARS ago :-) Must have been FUCKING cold, I worked in a supermarket and often went into the storage freezer, could only be in there a few minutes at a time without a coat and gloves

Same, i go past Verona every day going to school (AGGS) and i always wondered if this was the bar they were talking about!!! Its a cool spot.
