@RetroGameRoom true answear=no. its not a common accurance that bloody mess will kick in..i get it about 1/10 kills

@RetroGameRoom no it doesnt all the time but like 70 percent of the time it will but if its a critical hit it will do it like 90 percent of the time

@Robbaz actually it suxs but if u have it it gives u a 5% more permanent damage to any gun to any enemy

I don't have the bloody mess perk in this video, but check related got a movie there with it.
Bloody mess fucks up everything so yes is a good answer.
