Street Fighter IV: Dumbassery

Gimmicks, glitches, and general goofiness.
Everything in this video was discovered independently, except for the Seth vs Akuma glitch and the Balrog crossup.

Also, there might be a tad bit of confusion about the Ken part, notice that the SRK is 1 hit (ultra is 17 hits, the combo was 18 total) and not a counterhit. This only works on characters with a backdash that puts them in an aerial state and are vulernerable during it, and Sagat I believe is the only character with this property. It is otherwise impossible to do a full ultra after HP shoryuken without a CH property, focus attack beforehand, or with more hits in the combo.

Gief's counter ultra/counter lariat to an otherwise "inescapable" move is only possible by doing a jump BEFORE the animation starts, but canceling the few frames you have before you actually go into the air into a move after the ultra activates. You have roughly a 1/10th of a second window of error to do this.

The Seth thing is just him getting knocked out of the standing state he's in when he does the 21 kicks of that special move, he's vulnerable, it's just difficult to hit him.

The rest of the things are just done with precision timing and simply look funny.
