Also A La Nina during high solar year and a Positive PDO which that La Nina only interrupted for that year and obviously the liberal media blames global warming thru our activities.That was the year that NASA's Jim Hansen says hes 99% sure that this was due to global warming.

There was a very strong La Nina pattern that year. That is probably why that drought was so bad.
