Look, as much as I think Andy P was a good as they get, Colin was up there too.The guy wrote the best selling singles. I wish they could just say sorry to each other or just say I love you to each other, 'cos you were just the most amazing band and the combo of A&C worked beyond all belief.

I think it had more to do with Partridge being a bit more at ease if it wasn't one of his songs they were performing in front of that live audience. But he did look like he was having fun. Man, they were so good live back in the Terry Chambers days...

Actually, there's a rumored solo album by Colin in the works...if this were true, wouldn't it be great if he toured behind it w/ Dave Gregory as musical director and sang a bunch of his signature tunes: "Making Plans for Nigel", "Life Begins at the Hop", "Ball and Chain", "English Roundabout", "Grass", "Cynical Days", and this one. Ah, bliss...
