Great info Joe! I buy mostly organic, but the grass fed beef is a bit harder to find at times.

@Bikermom69 Thanks! Yeah, grass-fed beef is definitely not something that found in regular super markets. It's even hard to find in some health food stores. The difference in quality, nutritional value and taste is vastly different though. Personally, I won't eat beef that's not grass fed. You are what you eat... and you are what your foods eats.
