Olbermann Launches Into Tirade on Congressmans Climate Change Skepticism

Since when was having a different opinion than someone else a crime? Apparently, Keith Olbermann feels that if you don't believe in a theory that still has not been proven, and to the contrary we have been in a cooling phase for the last 10 years, you are a wing nut. When did Keith Olbermann become an expert on anything other than being a bad, and eventually fired, sports castor, let alone a climatologist? What the Congressman said is actually a very logical statement that man has incredible power to adapt to ones climate; after all humans have lived through ice ages in the past. The jury is still out on climate change and it's very dangerous to blindly assume we are causing all change in our climate. Let alone have this feeble minded man tell us how we should think!

Only to the vested interests of Oil and the like. The scientific consensus is that the planet is warming significantly due to man's CO2 output. There's nothing to "believe" or "disbelieve", this isn't religion, this is happening right now. Please read some of the scientific journals to learn about the latest findings. Listen to the scientists, not pea-brained politicians.

Ahh, a man made climate change denier. man made climate change is well proven, to the tune of 50-75% of warmer climate caused by increased CO2 which is a direct result of man putting it in the atomosphere.

Now, I would argue the USA going green is silly, given India & China & Russia aren't kept in check by any agreement. That's not the issue.

These conservative Okies and Texans hate any science that that upsets their stupid peanut sized brains. That's Olbemann's beef.

I watched Beck last night he apologized because he was wrong and said the founding fathers did right notes to each other about how the country would be better off without religion. Then Beck said well that did not work so we all should become christian he is a total idiot. Then today he apologized about talking about Obamas birth right becasue Obama proved his birth right. Like Beck said he only took one college class what does he know.

You have to be admit that it's unfortunate that a Congressman, charged with the responsibility of making critical decisions that will have local as well as global impact, does not foresee the true potential harm from significant shifts. I'm no fan of Obermann...he's paid to make entertaining and controversial little speeches. Still, that does little more than gloss over a real problem that can have devastating effects on the lives of people worldwide....including this guy.
