You might know Lisa Lynne as THE Celtic and folk harpist and you can find out all about here at http://lisalynne.com. When I saw her first at a gig in LA she was playing a bit different music but it was already the harp (beside the bass she played as well.)
This is a recording done at the MI in Los Angeles where Lisa, Francesca Capasso ( http://myspace.com/francescacapassoblues ), the two Markus' (Marki???) and the bass player, who's name I never knew or forgot that I knew, formed the band 'Bigger than Blue' and performed in the LA area. For more than 20 years I had this Video 8 tape hidden deep in the crevices of my cabinet and just no machine any more to play it. But a little while my friend Maria asked me what to do with that video camera she had inherited from her father. Looking at it I remembered my old Video 8 tapes and I thought that there might be a way to play these tapes if this video 8 camcorder was still functional. The camcorder still worked, I borrowed it and found that most of the tape as still in decent condition - a few drop-outs in the beginning - but considering storage for 20 years in uncontrolled conditions - not bad!
It was still a bit of a challenge to find the right cable to connect the camcorder to my Archos to transfer the video - but - as you see - I succeeded.

  • Hi Francesca,

cool to see you here! I know, you asked not to be asked how long it took to do your hair - - - but this is exactly on my mind ;-)

Amazing how all pieces of information comes together - I obviously knew you and Lisa and I knew that drums and guitar were both Markus. Lisa contributed their last names and now you pitch in the bass players first name - maybe somebody else will come up with his last name. I should get in touch with the two Markus to see if they know.
