DIY: Tampon/Pencil Holder

DIY: Tampon/Pencil Holder
*I made this myself and it came from my own mind thanks*

What you'll need:
Felt
Fabric
Fabric glue
And any accessories you want!!

First:
Place fabric on a hard surface
Put the felt on the fabric and cut around it
Leaving a little space around the sides

Next:
Glue the felt on to the fabric
Then glue the four sides

Next:
You'll then cut another piece of fabric that's longer than the size of the fabric
And you can use anything to measure each tampon section
And you'll glue down each section

Then:
You are going to fold the extra fabric down to the other side to make look like ruffles
After you measure it and cute it the way you want it


Then:
On the other side you are going to glue the ribbon to it

Wait a full night to dry and your good to go!!
