The Myotest is used to measure a vertical jump and static jump to look at a muscle elasticty index, referred to as the Eccentric Utilization Ratio (EUR).

Scott Damman of Myotest tests himself to show a 13.8 inch vertical jump height versus a 11.6 inch static jump height, resulting in a 1.19 EUR.

This example shows an acceptable 19% jump height increase from a vertical jump (using the stretch reflex) compared to a static jump (no stretch reflex).
