the thing I don't like about CF is that it insists on doing high rep Oly lifts which doesn't make any damn since. Oly lifters rarely go above a few reps for their power works, maybe they'll go high rep (like 8) on back squats but thats it. And each set is done well rested. Doing something like 100 C&Js for time doesn't make sense to improve your oly lifts, maybe ok as a cardio workout. and Doing OH sqts while tired and timed is just dangerous.

niiiice, impressively good form I believe. Myself I have problems with too "sloppy" or I simply do it wrong, because my ass goes back on the way up which makes it harder for my back (Normal squats).

how does an overhead squat differ from normal back squats, in terms of benefiiting muscle groups and training?

@ems13lrc oh :p on another note I was embarassed to try these with just the bar and failed! I squat 350 pounds, guess my coordination/flexibility sucks :p

"try to get to the all-hallowed bodyweight x 15" you must mean x 1.5 because noone can do x15 their own bodyweight!!!

@klarum No, you misunderstood. It's bodyweight for 15 reps. Lifters tend to use "x" to denote the rep scheme.
