cute mice!!! does anyone have any tips on lathargic mice, because mine are only a few months old and all they do is sleep

Mice are very curious and get bored easily so changing their living space often is necessary to keep them active. Add in new items (like toilet tissue rolls, etc) in between cleanings. Mice need a lot of food to be healthy, but a fat mouse is a lethargic mouse so try to balance what you feed. Vary what you give them to play on. It doesn't need to be expensive, just safe.
