  • Yes, mayo, but it's Jap and has been done for about a hundred years or so.

    Japanese mayonnaise is different. It's made from millet seed oil and some other ingredients. Tastes very different to S&W, Kraft, etc - very mild and smooth and distinctive.

  • @ScarletValley14 Don't worry, there are many different kinds of sushi without any mayo on it. The ones without it are usually the more Japanese traditional kinds of sushi.

  • I don't like Mayo because it makes me vomit, literally. >.< But I've always wanted to try sushi...I hope I can make it without mayo
